Structured Recovery Groups

“The depth of knowledge on so many emotional topics displayed by the hosts is amazing and fills me full of hope.”

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

A Way Forward (AWF) provides a quality, evidence-based Intensive Outpatient Program. We provide comprehensive services to allow you to meet your treatment goals while continuing to work, take care of children, and/or other responsibilities. Our goal is to assist you in discovering alternative solutions for coping with life (trauma, depressions, anxiety, etc) rather than through the use of mind-altering substances.

AWF provides group and individual sessions with Certified Recovery Coaches using evidence-based materials. It is often in this work that the deeper “layers of the onion” can be safely uncovered, explored and understood. Family Sessions are also available to include your loved ones in your healing. Family sessions can help a family learn better ways to communicate and support one another.

Hazelden Betty Ford materials, including the Twelve Step Facilitation program, form the basis of the curriculum.  Groups will be adjusted according to the needs of the participants.

Clients work with an individual recovery coach to support them in improving all aspects of day to day living such as stress management, time management, social development, and parenting. Your recovery coach is your personal support person, that is there to help you create that life you want to live.

Aftercare Program

Our aftercare program is offered in conjunction with, or independently of the IOP. 16 weeks of different topics using Betty Ford material. People can jump into it anytime during those 16 weeks.
